Precast The Solution for faster Delivery of our Dream Homes?

We all know that Housing sector is Fully Dependent on Manual labour. Our Homes are still  hand Crafted and  since few years back there was little scope of any advanced machinery apart from Hoist lifts in this sector.This led to wastage of raw material, Bad Quality of Construction due to inefficient manpower and Delay in projects.

The last ten years has seen enough development in this sector in the field of advanced machinery use. Though inefficient man power is  still  a problem but this has been checked by the use of technology. Advanced Plastering machines, Hollow Bricks, MaiOne Shuttering, Ferrocement technology, and  Precast Slabs, Walls and Roofs has brought down the inefficiency in this sector to quite an extent.

DDA ( Delhi Development Authority) has delivered close to 800 Homes with the use of this Precast technology . Gaursons is being completing projects in faster rate in delhi NCR by using MaiOne Shuttering materials, Supertech and Amrapali claim to be using Precast in some of their projects. Amrapali Precast is said to Asia's largest Precast factory. Using of Precast technology would bring the cost of Production to 20% less.This is a great Saving.
