Precast The Solution for faster Delivery of our Dream Homes?

We all know that Housing sector is Fully Dependent on Manual labour. Our Homes are still  hand Crafted and  since few years back there was little scope of any advanced machinery apart from Hoist lifts in this sector.This led to wastage of raw material, Bad Quality of Construction due to inefficient manpower and Delay in projects.

The last ten years has seen enough development in this sector in the field of advanced machinery use. Home Loan rate Cut.. Whats there for You?

As per the latest NEWS printed in the Indian Express, SBI India's largest bank have reduced the interest rates on home loans by 15 point basis to 9.15 percent. This revised rates would be for new Loan takers upto 75 lakhs..For woman borrowers, SBI will charge 9.10% per annum while for others to 9.15% from 9.30%. Now this is great News.

This act of SBI will put pressure on other lenders to bring down their interest rates on Home Loan and other personal Loans.n This limited period festive offer valid from Nov1, to Dec 31,2016.

How does the Customer gets benefitted?

This rate cut means on a Home Loan of Rs. 50 lakhs for 30 Yrs a Home Buyer will save Rs. 542 Per Months on EMI i.e close to 2 lakhs during the loan tenure.
So, if the loaner invest 542 Per Month in Recurring deposit for 30 Yrs, will be approx 6 lakhs at the end of Loan tenure. Now this is direct saving. You can also transfer your existing loan to SBI as SBI offers the  most economical Home Loan  in the Buisness.

Property in Noida, Greater Noida a Fact Check


The Flow of Black Money has Stopped as we all  Know thanks to Modi Government.. and this has led to great crash in property prices in Delhi NCR..as per latest estimates the prices has gone down to upto 30 percent. The demand from the invester at its lowest level but on the positive side the end user is still there but this alone cannot bridge the gap of unsold inventory.

As per a reporting from a well read Daily..no invester is ready to invest as he very well know that he cannot invest more than 2-3 lakhs and above it he has to show PAN card or complete other obligations. A propert dealer in Greater Noida said that he used to sell atleast 5 properties a back per month in all cash an now he is unable to sell even one in a month owing to strict obligations. Even bank people a worried on this down trend.

But the still the end user is available, but he is worried that the Builders arent  providing possesion and hence they are buying property only from tested and verified builders after lot of cross checks. An end user who bought a flat in Wave City on NH24 in 2013 said that he had a plan when he bought the low rise flat in wave city three years back but after close to 4 years even the excavations hasnt started. Another friend of mine is also frustrated due to delay in flat possesion by Amrapali another big builder.

So What does the End user Do Now.

The end user has no option left to be very Frank. If he tries to sell his property in Resell, he isnt going to get any buyers as the same builder will offer a falt in the same project in 30 % less price.
