FERROCEMENT ARCHITECTRE

 FERROCEMENT ARCHITECTURE  and designer structures are taking a new dimensions every day.

New Breed of architects are not afraid to take the difficult path of  creating new building which are not only unique in their design but also give niche to the overall appearance of the project. These designer spaces  create a new mark in the overall lifestyle of the client .

These new buildings have brought in a revolution in the industry which was full of cut copy paste doing designers and architects. This boom has opened up great opportunity for people like us who have always been in support to the out of box thinking in this field of architecture. 

Ferrocment has come to be of great help for these thinkers who want to create their own style.

We have recently worked with some these new thinkers and created some very unique achitecture which would be remembered for days to come. Ar. Abhinav Chaudhury of Flying Studios , New Delhi has ceated one such design for his client in Agra. This is a unique piece of work which a thought process of  Freedom carved in th building . We got n opportunity to do the living area, temple and the lounge.

Another Architect I would lke to mention is Ar. Monish  from ANT STUDIOS .He is one of a thinking architects. His designs are very spacious taking optimum use of the space. Each inch of the space is used in its best way . He creates valuable spaces which has a futuristic thought behind .
We also workd with him and helped him bring his ideas to reality.
We did a ferrocement designer roofing for his clent  based on a Deck of a Ship and also the elevation for his project.





     Another mention which I would like to make is of  Ar. Badrinath Kaleru of Ardete Studio, Chandigrh.   We found him to be very peculiar of his designs. His designs has got opulence filled in it.

We did the the elevaton of his residential project in Ferrocement. It was humongous front elevation and we were happy that we were able to stand out/

जीवन एक संघुर्ष है.

 जीवन में कई ऐसे मौके आते हैं जब आप  अपने से ये प्रश्न पूछते  की जीवन आखिर है क्या ?
सब कुछ आपके विपरीत होता है. आप कुछ नहीं कर पाते.
जाल में फंसे एक चूहे की तरह जो फंसने के बाद काफी उछल कूद करता है. वह  रास्ते की तलाश करता है किसी तरह बाहर निकले . और फिर थक हार के चुप करके बैठ जाता इस इंतज़ार में की या तो उसे अब मर जाना है या फिर शिकारी उसे जिंदा बाहर एक नई  जगह छोड़ देगा.  

कुछ बच भी जाते हैं. और फिर ज़िदगी की एक नई  शुरुआत होती है. कुछ सीखते भी है. दोबारा वह ग़लती न करें की जाल में फंसे.  फिर जिंदगी चलती है. एक नये  संघर्ष की ओर. बस ऐसे ही चलता है. यही तो जीवन है. जीवन कुछ और थोड़े न है. एक निरंतर संघर्ष.

किसी ने मुझसे पुछा था. जीवन का लक्ष्य क्या है. मैंने जवाब दिया. आप के जन्म के बाद से ही आप का लक्ष्य मृत्यु ही तो है. आप उसके तरफ निरंतर बढ़ते हैं. जन्म और मृत्यु के बीच में का समय ही जीवन है शायद. 
खुशियाँ, गम साथ साथ ही चलते हैं. हम अक्सर इस बीच ख़ुशी को पैसे से तौलते हैं. लेकिन पैसा एक कारक तो है, मंजिल नहीं. जब उतार चदाव की बात आती है तो भी पैसा के कसौटी पे ही तोला जात है.  मैं इसको गलत मानता हूँ. इंसान को जीवन और मृत्यु के बीच सिफ तीन चीजों की दरकार है शायद.
प्यार करने वाला एक. एक काम जिसमें मन लगे, और तीसरा स्वास्थ्य. इसमें से अगर एक की भी कमी है तो अवसाद घेर लेगा ये तो सत्य है.. बाकी सब टेक्निकल है.

इस संघर्ष में आप चलते रहिये.. चरैती चरैती.. हम भी आपके साथ ही तो हैं.

GST a sentiment Booster for the Real Estate Buyers


GST is expected to be a sentiment booster for the industry and will seek to revive buyer and investor interest by bringing more transparency in taxation. As the perception of the sector is said to have improved, the prices are likely to drop around one to three per cent if it all they do, according to a report by Edelweiss Securities.
The taxation earlier was too complicated for buyers. For instance, buyers were earlier liable to pay taxes depending on the construction status of the property and the state where it is located. Buyers also had to pay VAT, service tax, stamp duty and registration charges on purchase of an under-construction property. However, if the purchase was for a completed property, the tax applicable were stamp duty and registration charge. Furthermore, since VAT, stamp duty and registration charges were state levies, each state specified its own figures. Service tax was a central levy and was charged on construction. So the calculation of taxes was very tedious in the earlier regime. GST charges all under-construction properties at 12 per cent of the property value. This excludes stamp duty and registration charges. No indirect tax is applicable on sale of ready-to-move-in properties hence the tax will not apply to those. The biggest takeaway is that GST is a simple tax that applies to the overall purchase price.
A developer could take input credits on sale of under construction property against the taxes that are paid by the buyer. Earlier, VAT and service tax used to account for nearly nine per cent of the ticket price of the property. Since that will be lower than the GST applied to the sector, the builder will have to pass on the benefit of the price reduction to the buyer. The price reduction is on account of the input tax credits that the builder enjoys.
